The Secrets to the art – preparation, use of the best materials – plus years of experience

• First, we assess the surfaces to be painted and determine what preliminary work needs to be done
• Once we have the correct preparation, we set up the proper equipment and protective covering to insure that the project will be done quickly and with no “collateral damage” to the surrounding areas
• We will also determine the best method for applying paint. That depends on location, type of surface to be covered, any limitations for access, etc.

Then we get to execution

• Preparation, including power washing where needed*
• Priming – various surfaces can require different primers – before applying primer we do all caulking and sanding
• Application of the right number of coats of Sherwin-Williams, Benjamin Moore or other fine paints

* We will also power-wash exteriors as a separate service
